Warranty Duration

We provide a 60-day warranty from the date of delivery on all qualifying parts, ensuring peace of mind with your purchase.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged part, we offer a hassle-free replacement to ensure you get a fully functional component.

Guaranteed OEM Quality

We source A-grade, tested OEM parts from certified dealerships across the country, ensuring reliability and top-tier performance for your vehicle.

Warranty Coverage & Terms

Engine Assemblies

Engines come as complete assemblies, which may include manifolds, oil pans, timing belts, covers, and fuel injection systems.
The warranty covers only the long block (engine block and cylinder heads).
Components such as gaskets, seals, hoses, oil pans, timing belts, and fuel injectors are not included in the warranty.
Short or long block orders are guaranteed to be rebuildable but do not come with additional components.

Transmission Assemblies

We guarantee transmissions will shift properly, with good gears and bearings.
Before installation, the following steps must be taken:
Clean all components, including the oil pan.
Replace all seals and gaskets before installation.
Flush and flow test the cooler and transmission lines.
Ensure the torque converter is fully engaged in the front pump.
For manual transmissions, a new clutch, pressure plate, and slave cylinder must be installed, and the flywheel must be resurfaced before installation.
Proper fluid levels must be checked before use.

Accessories & Additional Components

Components such as turbos, starters, alternators, power steering pumps, air compressors, and electrical water pumps are not covered under the engine warranty but may have separate warranties if purchased individually.
High-wear items, including water pumps, distributor caps, spark plugs, wires, and timing chains, are not included in the warranty.

Electrical Parts & Modules

Electrical components such as engine control modules (ECMs), body control modules (BCMs), transmission modules, and transfer case modules come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.
These parts are guaranteed to match the correct manufacturer part number but are not sold for diagnostic testing purposes.
Some electrical parts require dealer reprogramming, and returns will not be accepted unless a dealer confirms an unsuccessful reset attempt.
Modified electrical parts will not be eligible for warranty claims.

Doors, Body Parts & Seals

Turbo seals are not guaranteed to be flawless and may require replacement.
Doors are sold as complete assemblies but are not guaranteed to include window regulators, handles, hinges, or interior panels. We only cover the door shell under warranty.
Body parts (hoods, fenders, bumpers, quarter panels, etc.) may not come with hinges, latches, grilles, or headlamps.
Color matching is not guaranteed. We recommend repainting parts to match your vehicle.

Important Warranty Conditions

All warranty claims require proof of professional installation by an ASE-certified mechanic.
Shipping and labor costs are not covered under this warranty.
Engines returned with missing or melted heat tabs or disassembled without prior written authorization will have their warranty voided.
