Returns
We accept authorized returns within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the item, unless otherwise specified.
Conditions for Returns:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, repackage it in the original container and contact us immediately. Inspect all items upon delivery for any missing or incorrect parts. Report any issues within 10 business days, as warranties for incorrect or damaged parts will be void after this period. Best Use Autos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages—such claims must be handled through the shipping company. The warranty is void if the engine is returned with missing or melted heat tabs or if it is disassembled without written authorization.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us via phone, live chat, or email.
Required Information:
Once the return is approved, you will receive an RMA number and return shipping instructions via email. An RMA number is required to track and process your return. Additional information may be requested by our customer service team.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 24-72 business hours from the time our warehouse receives your returned part(s). After inspection by our mechanics, the refund will be issued through the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before confirmation via email or phone. Once an order is confirmed, it is processed within 24 hours, after which cancellations may not be possible. If your order has already been packed or shipped, you may return the item following our Return Policy.
Replacement Policy
Replacements are processed only upon the return of the original item. Please ensure the product is securely packaged and returned in its original condition. If a replacement is provided, it is considered a repair of the original unit, and your original installation date and mileage will still apply.
