At Best Use Autos, we determine shipping and delivery timeframes based on the destination, package dimensions, and carrier transit schedules. Please note that the estimated delivery dates provided on our website are for reference only. We are committed to keeping you informed with updates and ensuring prompt delivery of your auto parts.
When we refer to "Business Days" for processing, shipping, or delivery, we mean Monday through Friday. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays are excluded from our shipping and processing timelines.
Please be aware that we do not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays. Additionally, we do not reimburse shipping costs or labor charges.
After you confirm your order by approving the image of the part we provide, we typically process shipments within 24 to 48 hours, unless otherwise specified. Delivery times vary based on package size and destination, but generally, packages arrive within 8 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after leaving our warehouse.
We recommend that you inspect all packages and items immediately upon receipt for any signs of damage, missing components, or incorrect parts. While we take precautions to prevent shipping damage, issues may occasionally occur. If you receive a damaged or incorrect part, please contact us immediately to avoid additional freight charges.
Important: Do not return any items without obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Warranty claims for damaged or incorrect parts must be made within 7 business days of delivery. After this period, the warranty is void, regardless of fault. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages; such claims should be directed to the shipping carrier.
All purchases from our website are subject to FOB (Free on Board) shipping terms, meaning that once the carrier takes possession of the package, the risk of loss and ownership transfers to the buyer. While we are not liable for lost or stolen shipments, we will assist in filing claims with the shipping carrier.
If your shipment has not arrived within two (2) business days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date, please notify us promptly. Claims regarding lost shipments must be made within 7 days of the shipment date for possible resolution.
Note: Do not return any parts before receiving an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us.
